It's filled with pistachio cream, tahini cream and kunafa chunks (sort of a filo pastry).  It's become extremely popular (too much in my opinion).  I don't doubt it's tasty and nice but also pricey  I think I'll stick to the traditional Lindt, Godiva, Ferrero rocher, etc...until the hype calms down and prices too lol

I tried a local brand for the first time yesterday, and this is hands down the best chocolate snack I've ever had in my life. The crispy kadaif noodles, tahini, pistachio and fine quality hand milk chocolate and all of this is hand-made. I haven't seen in in Dubai, actually, I always considered camel milk chocolate as "Dubai" chocolate.

They are delicious but they're essentially white chocolate with some pistachio - the ingredients are sugar, cocoa butter and pistachio. I'm just missing the chocolate molds or I could try to make my own.

If you make it yourself with proper pistachio creme and kadayif and a decent chocolate it is absolutely beautiful.. Worth it to make at home I promise. All these businesses are cashing in using cremes that are 20% content and just pure sugar
